When making or receiving a call to or from a CRM contact, a business card view of the contact is presented within Zoho CRM.   Calls made or received are automatically logged in Zoho CRM and can be viewed in the call logs.   Follow-up activities can be added at the end of every call from Zoho CRM

Not supported on Operator / Attendant clients.  Requires Zoho PhoneBridge API, please contact your Zoho maintainer for details.
